Tom Brain BA (hons)
Tom has been working within the London property market since graduating from Oxford Brookes University. He started his career at Stirling Ackroyd where he spent a number of successful years before moving on to work for Kingsbury Consultants.
With 10 years of property experience Tom then founded Hillstone to provide a more personal service for a diverse range of local and international clients.
Tom has gained a wealth of knowledge from working on a wide range of development and investment opportunities including examples from large mixed use sites of 600 residential units down to single unit schemes. Tom has successfully transacted on a huge variety of deals, including site sales, bulk purchases and commercial transactions both "on" and "off" market.
Ben joined Hillstone in 2019 from a sales and property background. He started his career in London at a Foreign Exchange Brokerage, managing new and existing clients. In 2014 he moved into the property industry with Stirling Ackroyd where he was in charge of securing new properties for the sales and lettings teams. After 12 months Ben transferred over to new homes sales where he successfully sold off plan developments across East and South East London.
Ben has gained lots of experience and made vast contacts across the industry which are instrumental to his role. Whilst he is involved in all aspects of the business he has a particular strength in identifying new sites and investments across the South East. Ben values repeat business and enjoys building relationships with new and existing clients.
